MATH Enrollment Request Form: Complete this form if you are unable to enroll in a MATH course for lack of prerequisites or because you need a permission code for other reasons.

ALL students should review the Mathematics Placement information before attempting to enroll in a math course.

**Fall 2017 Enrollment Update: 5/17/18**

***Reserves have been set in MATH 2, 3, 11A, 11B, 19A, 19B, 20A, 21, 23A, 23B, 24 & 100 for new student enrollment, any remaining seats will be released when continuing student enrollment reopens on August 14th.**

Unless noted below, all courses will have an auto-enroll wait list during your Second-Pass Enrollment period.

**MATH 11 to MATH 19 Transition: **PBSci majors who want to transition from the MATH 11 calculus series to the MATH 19 calculus series may do so if they earn a B+ or better in their MATH 11 courses. For example, students that earn a B+ in MATH 11A may enroll in MATH 19B. If you would like to transition to the MATH 19 series, contact your program advisor. Students who earn a B or lower in their MATH 11A course will need to repeat MATH 19A to transition.

NOTE: School of Engineering majors must contact their program advisor to transition from the MATH 11 to the MATH 19 series.

**MATH 11 to MATH 23 Transition: **PBSci majors who want to transition from the MATH 11 calculus series to the MATH 23AB multi-variable calculus series may do so if they earn a B+ or better in their MATH 11B course. For example, students that earn a B+ in MATH 11B may enroll in MATH 23A. If you would like to transition to the MATH 23 series, contact your program advisor. Students who earn a B or lower in their MATH 11B course will need to repeat MATH 19B to transition.

**MATH 22 to MATH 23 Transition: **PBSci majors who want to transition from the MATH 22 multi-variable calculus series to the MATH 23AB multi-variable calculus series may do so if they earn a B+ or better in their MATH 22 course. For example, students that earn a B+ in MATH 22 are permitted to enroll in MATH 23B. If you would like to transition to the MATH 23 series, contact your program advisor.
