# Mathematics

**Welcome to the Mathematics Undergraduate Program!**

The Mathematics Department offers one bachelor of arts degree with three concentrations:

In addition, the department co-sponsors an interdisciplinary program, Economics/Mathematics BA, which is administered by the Economics Department.

The Mathematics Department also offers a Mathematics Minor.

**New Freshmen**New freshman should review our Getting Started section. Our Freshmen Orientation provides a comprehensive introduction to the majors. Freshmen who have already attended orientation, but need a refresher on enrollment, should reference our Freshmen Enrollment Guide; for information on enrolling in any and all PBSci courses, see our Enrollment section.

**New Transfer Students**

Transfer students that have registered for the coming year should review our Transfer Orientation which provides a step-by-step guide to transitioning to an Math major.
